Viva La Verve...I Believe In You

Happy Friday Verve friends! Today marks the first week of Viva La Verve sketches for March; our lead off hostess is the brains and talent behind Verve...Julee! The starting month sketches also include a color inspiration photo and I've pictured that palette below the sketch. But first, here's my interpretation of Julee's design:

My card features the Fabulous You set, highlighted with greens, brown and blue. I added a pretty green bow and some Zva Creative pearl flourishes. The rectangle under the sentiment was faux stitched with a white gel pen. (I was away and didn't have my sewing machine, though I think the bold stitch adds to the whimsy.) This paper collection is from Maja Design, this particular one is called Crea Diem.

We'll have 4 March challenges... play along with us and link each of your challenge creations to our Entry Form link list. The link list will be up for the whole month and we'll choose a random winner at the end of the month to win a $100 gift voucher to Verve.  Challenge rules can be found on the Rules tab at the top of the blog or by clicking here.  You don't have to complete all of the sketches to win, but the more cards you enter, the greater your odds of winning are.  Verve stamps are not required to play, but we do love to see 'em!  We'll also be highlighting a couple of our favorite link-ups each Tuesday, so be sure to get your links in if you're crafting over the weekend.

Have fun and thanks for stopping by!
