A Very Happy New Year!

Morning all! Today is my turn to post a project on Maja Design's blog so I decided to share here as well...I'm using an oldie but goodie...the Ska vi ta en fika collection.

I cut up this wreath for parts:

Here's a close up of the individual details I used from it:

Then I just arrange and tuck as necessary:

I have a habit of lovingly "cannibalizing" certain wreaths, floral arrangements and decorations from either purchased items or items found around my house. The embellies adorning the lace bow on this card happen to come from a wreath that I purchased at a Home Goods store. A treasure trove of bits and bobs are on these things so I basically cut them apart and use them for, well, these will probably be placed on many, many cards. I think I get my resourceful gene from my mom. Thanks, Mom! :)

Have a wonderfully healthy, prosperous and crafty New Year, friends!
