CASE Study...Friends Until the End

Good Thursday morning! It's time for a new challenge...and a new Muse at CASE Study and boy are you in for a treat! This month we're gleaning wonderful inspiration from Maile Belles! Another artist fine tuned into the art of CAS...there is surely to be lots of eye candy for us all to enjoy! Here is my take on her first card for this month, I decided to follow the color scheme and floral accents:

I started off with a floral Cuttlebug folder and dabbed a drop of Liquid Pearl in the center of each one. I then added dimensionals to the back and attached it to the card base. The sentiment is from Verve's Brighter Days set and it's stamped on a Ribbon Banner die and matted. I stamped the sentiment a second time on patterned paper and just cut out the banner design and attached it to the white stamped copy. Lastly I added the bow/button/twine accent.

Here's Maile's super cute card:

Want to see how the other CASE Study design team members were inspired?
Here's the list of the other ladies' blog:

and our May Guestie:

Here's the down-low on CASE Study's challenge:
1. Create a paper crafting project (card, layout, off-the-page item), based on provided inspiration (being a featured creation, made by our Muse).
2. Post your creation on your blog or an online gallery (using a code CSC139), and link it to the CASE Study blog with the inlinkz widget. Please provide a direct link to your post, not an entire blog.
3. A new challenge is being posted every Thursday at 12.01 AM EST, and you've got until midnight on Tuesday to submit your entry.
4. You may enter as many times as you like, but you're asked to provide a newly designed project.
5. We will choose authors of the four most impressive creations, who will be awarded the Winner and Top 3 awards. In addition, there might be a person chosen randomly from the list of players, who will receive the prize provided by the sponsor - if there is one.
We will announce the winners on Wednesday.
6. Above all, have fun - and be inspired!

  2. This is so lovely and elegant too. I love how you accented the embossed flowers and your sentiment banner is really neat too with the pearl dots and pretty bow.

  3. Gorgeous card, Andrea. Putting those dabs of liquid pearls to the flower centres must have taken some considerable time but it was worth it. Elizabeth xx
