Spring is in the Air

Hello and welcome to the Ribbon Carousel's monthly challenge! Each month, Corinna gives away one of her cleverly designed Ribbon Carousels to a random participant who links up to our site. Using some twine from the RCC and some goodies I purchased on my scrapbook weekend getaway, I made this shabby and colorful Spring-time card:

These fun papers are from Bo Bunny...the title alone caught my attention: Prairie Chic collection. I pulled out some yummy pink/aqua papers and got to roughing them up a bit. I added a length of Licorice Divine twine vertically around the card and tied it off with a bow/button combo. Then I added the butterfly with a sweeping Iridescent Zva Crystal flourish below it. The butterfly is a pre-made sticker from Petaloo. The sentiment is from Verve's Doodled Occasions set. I stamped it onto a Mini Bookplate die, also from Verve, and I added a half of an Amana Circle die for a little interest.  My Wish? For Spring to get here sooner!

Here is the Verve set I used:

And the die set:

I based this card on this month's Ribbon Carousel challenge theme:
Spring is ithair...
