Paper Sweeties J·O·Y

Morning friends! In theory, today would be the day that the Paper Sweeties are officially releasing their March stamps, however, Debbie wanted everyone to get an earlier opportunity to grab these darling stamps in time for Easter. So today, I'm showcasing the Fancy Monograms set, for a small dose of inspiration for those of you who have already purchased this set, or are thinking of doing so:

My intention was to keep this card monochromatic and very simple. You can see that I didn't quite accomplish what I had set out to do. Well, the monochromatic part is ok...I simply used Very Vanilla paper and some off white flowers/flower parts. The 'simple' part turned into a little 'cluttered'...I initially had only the letters J·O·Y popped on the front, but then added the embossing, the pearl centers and then finally the flower cluster. It just needed a little oomph, kwim? :)

Here's what the other Paper Sweeties' Design Team is peeking today:

Thanks for visiting!

I'll be back tomorrow with our 'post-inspiration' post...if you know what I mean. :)
Have a great day!
