Here's a shot to give you an idea of the dimension:
Light box version:
I got the idea for the crystallized medallion from Amy's blog...I cut a 12" X 1.25" strip of En kopp te - bs paper and scored in 1/4" increments. I painted one side with pearl paint. I folded up the medallion, glued it to a piece of cardboard and then brushed on some tacky glue over the paint. While the glue was still wet, I sprinkled some snow glitter on it (basically snow glitter is really chunky white (clear) glitter). Next, I layered a pearl dotted Petite Scalloped circle on that and then popped up a regular circle with he sentiment stamped on it. I also dotted that panel, but made my dots really small and close together. The cup is paper pieced with Kärleksmums - bs paper. I added a strip of burlap and white silk ribbon underneath the main panel and had every intention of adhering a big white bow, but it swallowed up the card so I forgo-ed, for-went, skipped it. I added some stick pins, paper flowers and a flow-y hemp bow after all was said and done.

Here are the details for entering your creation into the challenge:
The mood boards will be presented the first Tuesday every month. We will be presenting all participating creations that fulfill the requirements below March 29th. We will also draw a winner who will be winning a Maja Design collection of their own choice in 6×6 or 12×12.
After your creation is done, take a photo and send it to moodboard@majadesign.nu without any watermarks (size 600×600). ReplyDeleteYour light box image is better exposed but your window ledge image has better ambiance. Do you know how to edit your window ledge photos to brighten them? That would be the overall best photo I'd think! But your cards are so gorgeous it doesn't matter!
ReplyDeleteI would so love to win some of this paper!! Your card is so inspiring and beautiful, I'm not sure I can get anywhere near your level... but I will make my attempt at a paper creation to enter into the challenge!
