Featured Stamper...Hello Sunshine

Hello blog friends! Last weekend I had a little extra time carved out of my day so I decided to play along with the Featured Stamper segment at Splitcoast, a challenge in which I have not participated in quite a while. This week's favored artist is Nancy Littrell and I chose to CASE a lovely card from her gallery, but first, here's my take on it:

You can view the original card here. I kept the design, the doily accent and the 'Hello' theme consistent with Nancy's card. I changed up the colors, the stamps and added patterned paper. The card was very simple to assemble...It's just a sponged panel of patterned paper, a doily and then another panel of the same paper on top of that. The flower is all one piece, the only other accents I added were the striped grosgrain and the liquid pearls. Oh, and of course, the sentiment is from Verve's Let It Shine set. Here's a glimpse of it:

Thanks for visiting and have a great day!
