New Verve...Anniversary Wishes

Hello and welcome to Day 3 of Verve's pre-release peeks! Today the Divas are previewing the Surely Goodness set and another Plain Jane called 'Happy Anniversary'. Today's card is based on the latter and uses all kinds of circle goodness paired with Maja Design papers:

From the middle, the sentiment is stamped on a Nestie Oval, followed by a Maja Design paper panel made with the Rosette die, then a mat of Night of Navy, on top of a homemade medallion made from a Cornice punch by Martha Stewart. The final layer is a die cut from Heartfelt Creations that fit just perfectly. The first blue matting has an outline of Silver Stickles and the Oval sentiment has a dotted perimeter of Silver Liquid pearls.
