The collection I used is called Vintage Summer Basics. All the hues are included below. I started off with a base which was distressed followed by two other layers, both equally distressed. One thing I like to do when putting together a design is use scraps left behind from cutting. I took a strip of blue and a strip of peach paper and laid it across the middle horizontally. There's a touch of cluny lace underneath and a daisy chain length over the top. It's a good way to use up scraps and 'complicate' your design...which I seem to be good at. The floral bow accent consists of satin and organza ribbon bows as well as a fabric flower from A.C. Moore. The sentiment panel is a Oval Nestie stamped with Verve's No Matter What set and placed atop a Amira Flourish die. I also added a Pennant Trim die strip vertically down the right side of the card. I accented the perimeter and die cut with liquid pearls. Lastly I added a bit of Zva Creative bling for a touch of elegance.
