You Make Me Smile

Happy Saturday friends! I had a chance to play along with this week's Deconstructed Sketch...I have to say that I just love the sketches that Jen puts on her site, they are so easy to work with and just seem to fit my style of card making. Which, happens to be, well, full. :)

I wanted to highlight these lovely papers from Maja Design...this collection is called Ska vi ta en fika. The sentiment is courtesy of Verve and is from the Fabulous You set. I tied a length of  satin saddle ribbon vertically down the left side and placed a strip of grosgrain ribbon over it for a striped look. The bow was secured with a button tied with Natural hemp and before finishing the knot, I tied on a small metal key. The panels were all sponged for a bit of softness and lastly I added the antique copper corners.
