Vintage Card Cafe...Forever-and-Always

Good morning! I was recently asked by Oksana to become a part of the Vintage Card Cafe Challenge design team...and I said 'YES'! Seems like a good fit...I love to make vintage/shabby cards...they like to post about vintage/shabby cards...so here I am today with my first post, featuring new Verve stamps that were released on Friday and using VCCC's inspiration sketch:

This set is called No Matter What and is available now from the Verve store. I started off with Maja Design's Ska vi ta en fika collection of papers, specifically Chaite, Kladdkaka and Kladdkaka - (bs). In following the sketch, I added two vertical strips of lace and then a length of ruffled velvet ribbon. To the left side, I added a rhinestone buckle. The middle accent consists of a Verve-A Cut Above Ribbon Banner die, Tilth Floral die, a Scalloped Circle Nestability, a paper flower coated with Star Dust Stickles, a hemp bow, tulle accents and a pearl. I zig-zag stitched each side and added a pierced border around all four sides.

                                         Here's the sketch I followed:

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!
