CASE Study...Embrace the White

Welcome to CASE Study and our second week with CAS master Amber Kemp-Gerstel! I have to admit that her cards are making me think a bit...I don't have all that much practice with embracing the wide open spaces. So I shifted gears and decided to embrace the WHITE spaces, albeit still cluttered, but at this point monotone...(with a delish splash of color). Take a look here:

I wanted to keep the color scheme of pink and yellow while maintaining the integrety of the mostly white. So I loaded this tag up with white accents. There are White Opal Liquid pearls, embossing with a Sizzix Corner Ornate #2 EF, white lace butterflies, a doily, some crocheted ribbon from the Ribbon Carousel, white satin ribbon interwoven into the crochet, a Quinn Flourish die, tulle accents and white organdy ribbon. Atop all that white, I added two vibrant flowers, one yellow, one pink. I kept the 'Happy Birthday' theme, too...my sentiment is courtesy of Verve's Happy Birthday to You Plain Jane.
