Ribbon Carousel...Believe in Magic

Hello and welcome to another challenge at the Ribbon Carousel! A couple of months ago, the RCC crew divided up into two teams and we are taking turns bi-weekly posting on the RCC blog. We've also changed our format to reflect a monthly challenge. I've made this lovely neutral holiday card using some of the RC's lush silk ribbon:

I used lots of vintage, earthy ribbon/twine on this card, first and foremost the gorgeous 1.5" Taupe Silk ribbon which I fashioned into that big, chunky bow. I tied on some rusty jingle bells with a length Natural Jute/Twine. In addition, I tacked on a strip of 1.5" Grosgrain with Ivory Striped ribbon. And to all that love vintage papers, I have discovered a new paper company and I have to tell you that I am 100% in LOVE! This line of paper is called It's Christmas Time and it's by Maja Design, based in Sweden. Have a lookie at their site, and if you love vintage, you will love this paper! I also added some antique lace and a Quinn Flourish die to highlight the Paper Sweeties' sentiment. The main verse and the banner sentiment are both from the Christmas Blessings set.

Ready to play?!
This month's theme is:

The Holidays

There are three rules to be eligible for the prize:
1.  You MUST use ribbon or twine on your creation
2. Your project must be based on the theme of the month
3. You must add a NEW project to the inlinkz and link directly back to your project on your blog or online gallery.

Curious to know what the monthly prize will be?
How about a Ribbon Carousel?!

Each month we are giving away a Ribbon Carousel to one of our randomly chosen challenge participants!
