Ribbon Carousel...Spooky Wishes

Welcome to first official challenge of the new term for our Ribbon Carousel Crewmates!

With a fresh new start of our design team term, we've decided to make some changes to challenge schedule.  Rather than weekly challenges just for fun, we are now doing monthly challenges with a big 'ol prize at the end for one lucky challenge participant!

This month's theme is
HALLOWEEN SPIRIT!

For my card I used a Digital image that I purchased from 'Made By Janet' Etsy shop. I distressed the edges of both the image and the outside perimeter. From the Ribbon Carousel store, I added some 1.5" Grosgrain with Ivory Stripes ribbon which I tied off with some Black Jute/Twine and a green button. Under that strip is a length of Crocheted ribbon. Above the picture I added a crinkled bow of Black vintage seam binding and a Zva Creative flower. The sentiment is from Paper Sweeties' Spooky Wishes set. Paper is from Echo Park's Chillingsworth Manor collection.

Curious to know what the monthly prize will be?
How about a ribbon carousel?!

Each month we are giving away a ribbon carousel
to one of our randomly chosen challenge participants!

Our Ribbon Carousel Crewmates have divided up into two teams.  Half of us will kick off the challenge and the other half will show off their projects as a reminder about the challenge 2 weeks later.

There are three rules to be eligible for the prize:

1.  You MUST use ribbon or twine on your creation.
2. Your project must be based on the theme of the month.
3. You must add  a NEW project  to the inlinkz posted on the RCC blog and link directly back to your project on your blog or online gallery.

Ready to play?!

**Make a card, a treat box, a scrapbook page, or anything at all for Halloween and be sure to include some ribbon or twine!**

You have until October 30th to add your creation to the link.
The random winner of the ribbon carousel will be announced
on the blog Monday, November 5th!

Good luck!
