New Verve...Surf's Up!

A slight departure from the norm around here, today the Verve Divas are spotlighting a new set of stamps to be released this Friday and I thought that I would go a totally different route in my style for this card. Take a look and then check the blog header to make sure that you're in the right place :)




In addition to this new fun, whimsical set, Learn To Sail, Verve is also releasing a new die, the Flourished Trim die. I decided to use it to make sand and waves. The surf boards were colored with Copics and adhered to the card base. I stamped the sentiment at the top, then stamped the sun in the opposite corner and colored that with Copics as well.
