Mojo Thursday

Happy Thursday! My family and I just got back from a week long vacation in Florida...we stayed with my parents in Punta Gorda...and wowzers was it beautiful weather there! 85° everyday and lots of sunshine! I also got to meet the ever-so-sweet Savannah O' Ribbon Carousel teammate! She took me to some craft stores and the time with her just flew by; I was wishing for more hours with her. Anyway, I did find a scant bit of mojo hiding under a rock somewhere so I thought I'd give Mojo Monday a go for today. Here's what I was able to put together:

Here's the sketch I followed (turned 90°):

I used all kinds of different lace, some store bought, some given to me (and beautifully aged, I might add). I managed to squish my fingers in those liquid pearls not once, but the same exact about zoning out.

And here's a picture of me and Savannah:

I'll be back tomorrow as I'm hosting this week's Viva La Verve sketch...would you believe that I'm in charge of a CAS sketch? You'll have to stop back and see if I am actually able to 'keep it simple'. (I don't have high hopes for that~ ;) Have a great day!
