Mojo Monday...Shabby Heartfelt Thanks

Hello and happy Monday! I've got a Mojo Monday card to share today, I've also incorporated a challenge from  Splitcoast's Try a New Technique forum as well. Today we're to make our own stripes...a fabulous way to use up all those skinny strips of paper I always save and never do anything with. I'm in a shabby rut right now, I'm beginning to think that my cards are all starting to look the same, so I'm going to work on incorporating new ideas into my shabby brain...(if that's possible, it may not be). Anyway, here's my card for these two challenges:

Here are some close-ups of the particulars:
The sentiment panels consists of a Large Oval Label, then a Large Designer Label punch, next is a Doily Triple Layer punch and lastly a Decorative Label punch {all by SU!})

The stick pins are homemade, I used corsage pins and some jewelry beads to add the rest of the bling. The flower is a new one that I purchased at A.C. Moore:

This photo shows how I aligned some strips of patterned paper and stitched them together:

Some beautiful Zva Creative bling:

Here's a full view of the stamp set I used...another one of my ultimate favorites:
