For the next two days, the Market Street Stamps and Ribbon Carousel Designers will be showcasing the amazing stamps from Market Street Stamps and the beautiful ribbons from RibbonCarousel.com.  And of course, we're giving away some AMAZING prizes!

a newly released Ribbon Carousel!

We’ll announce the winners on both blogs on Tuesday, February 14! We hope you enjoy the hop!

Now, with all of this going on, we thought we better make this week’s challenge an easy one!
So…..Anything Goes!
You know the drill to enter our challenges, right?!  Make a creation using anything that comes on a spool somewhere on your project, and enter for a chance to be one of our TOP SPOOLS!

Here is my card using the fabulous Simple Joys stamp set from Market Street Stamps.
My card features some beautiful Burgundy satin pleated ribbon atop some Natural burlap silver/white stripe wire edge ribbon. I wanted the pleated ribbon to really catch your eye, which is why I put the earth toned ribbon behind it. I added some sweet fabric flowers and some gorgeous Zva bling as well...(also to catch your eye....do I have your eye? :)
Be sure to hop on over to the rest of today’s blog hop participants!  Here is a list to help you hop.  And don’t forget to visit the Ribbon Carousel Blog tomorrow too for the rest of the blog hop designers!

***Your creation can be anything from cards, quilts, sewn items, paper crafts, paintings! *** ***Be sure to have ribbon, bakers twine, jute twine, lace, thread (basically anything that comes on a spool). ***

We'd love for you to join us this week! Here are the details:
  • Make your NEW creation following the ribbon carousel challenge of the week. Any submissions made prior to the challenge date will be deleted. Be sure to include some type of ribbon, twine, hemp, lace....basically, anything that comes on a spool.
  • Load your creation up onto your blog or a public viewing forum like Splitcoast Stampers, (use the keyword RCC39) with a direct link back to THIS post. Including the challenge graphic isn't a requirement, but sure is appreciated! (A participant of our very first challenge didn't link back or mention our challenge and couldn't be named Top Spool, so don't let that happen to you!)
  • Link up your creation using the Inlinkz button at the bottom of this post. Your image may take a little while to pop up, but don't worry, it will appear shortly.
  • Come back the Friday after the challenge ends to see if YOU are a Top Spool!

  15. A beautiful card Andrea, and I especially like the rich luscious red against the dark, vintage DBP.
I would love to enter the competitions but firstly I do not have a blog yet (have no idea how to do it!), and also I am unsure if we are allowed to enter from over here in Wales, UK.
Anyway, good luck to everyone. I prob will follow the hop just to get a look at everyones blogs.
    All the best Linda
