Ribbon Carousel...Snowflake Splendor

Hey! So glad you stopped by to see what's happening at the Ribbon Carousel this week! Laurel's got a fun, wintry type inspiration photo for us to work with, and I couldn't help but pull out my lovely Ribbon Carousel vintage seam binding to whip up this cute, snow-flakey tag!
