Mojo Monday...My Heart is Yours

Hello Monday! I've gotten off to a rather late start today, kids and husband home for the day, so I had to attend to other duties first. I've got a card to show you today, using Mojo Monday's sketch and the Shabby Tea Room's inspiration photo and to use silver (or gray), metal, pink, lilac, peach and lace. Initially I was resolved to making a monotone card, but I really like the burst of color with the bouquet of flowers as the focal point. Take a look:

My husband is standing over me as I type this because he wants me to get off the computer and do errands. So, I must cut this short as I can feel the daggers shooting out of his eyes into the back of my head and I don't want to make him wait any longer....eeek!
Bye for now~

  1. I have to tell you, I have never seen so much creativity and talent in one girl before! You amaze me with your creativity and I love the soft design of your cards. This is lovely and I can't wait to see what's next!

  2. Ooooh, loving that die you used under the flowers. Gorgeous take on the mojo sketch! I"m off to see if I can spark some mojo. Lack of card making for a month or so has caused some issues. Off to roll in some Diva Dust as I watch the hail/snow fall!! Crazy out there!!
It's like mini styrofoam balls falling.

We are being told to expect about 20+ cm (8") on Wednesday so it is going to be a MESS around here. Not a lot of snow removal equipment as we don't get much snow here and soooo many people don't have a clue how to drive int he stuff never mind not having snow tires. Heck, even if you know how to drive in the stuff you take your life in your hands due to all the others out there who don't. Kids can't wait of course, as we didn't get any last year and they are dying to sled down the hill at the school :) Fun times ahead :)

    1. Wow Marisa, it doesn't sound very good, all that snow on the way. Hope you stay safe but the children manage a little bit of fun.
