Mojo Monday...Autumn Wishes

Hello, again...second post for today. I've got a Mojo Monday card to share with you, one that I've combined with The Shabby Tea Room's beautiful Fall-like inspiration photo. I received some new Verve in the mail on Saturday and I couldn't wait to start using some of these gorgeous sets...I used Harvest Blessings on this card today, and if I'm not mistaken, this set is on sale for 40% off this month! Anyway, here's my card:

Another caveat for The Shabby Tea Room's challenge was to dry emboss somewhere on your creation. *Happy Accident* time! I ran this K & Company dp through my Sizzix sandwiched in a Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder and the paper cracked to show the white of the guts inside. Instead of crumpling it up and tossing it into the card graveyard under my desk, I took out my nail file and sanded all the bumped up images to give it this wonderful shabby look. The sentiment panel consists of a cut up piece of doily, a Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two, a Fleur De Lis Rectangle and a Deckled Rectangle. I sponged the inside of the deckled panel and then took a fine point marker and traced the inside.
Ok, now I really have to go out and cut the grass. Have a wonderfully crafty day and thanks for visiting!
