September Diva Inspirations Blog Hop

Here is my card using this month's Stamp of the Month, Autumn Splendor:

I used some new My Mind's Eye Rosy collection of papers, such wonderful Fall-themed colors! This card was a breeze (color-wise) to put together. I had to change up my sentiment panel a bit as the LAST leaf that I stamped smudged the sentiment. (I pressed the base to hard on the ink.) Blast...I hate when that happens, but not more so when it was on the last darned stamp. So....I had to dive into my bag of resourcefulness and luckily I had stamped the leaves far enough around the perimeter that I could nestle another Labels Eighteen with the sentiment re-stamped on it. Two of the leaves are two-toned, I first stamped the whole leaf image in More Mustard and then rolled the edges around in some Riding Hood Red ink. All edges were sponged with Antique Linen distress ink.
