The background on the center panel was made using a MS Deco Fan corner punch. I cut out a line of punches and then cut each one out individually. I used the corner punch because the designs are bigger than the ones on the border punch. I then adhered them to the back of a Oval Nestability. Next, I layered up until I got to the sentiment panel, with each layer getting a bit of dimension with some pop dots. Since I rarely use images on my card, I went with a double sentiment, the center one from Bloom & Grow and the tag from Swirling Hearts.
