Viva La Verve...Watercolor Bouquet

Happy Friday!  I've got a Viva La Verve sketch sample to share with you today, designed by the very sweet Charmaine! I purchased some new goodies that I found at Michael's on Monday and this card is part of my take home booty. First, I'll show you my card:

Here's the window view which seems to give a softer look:

And Charmaine's beautiful sketch:

I used this technique here to make the elegant bow.  The papers are from a new line by K & Co. called Watercolor Bouquet, hence the title of this post. So romantic and vintage! So my style, if you couldn't tell  :) The Viva La Verve gallery is busting with gorgeous artwork, so many different interpretations of the sketches, definitely a "must check out". One lucky artist who has participated in all of the sketches for the month will win Verve's entire next release! So worth playing, don't you think?
Have a great weekend...I'll be working, bringing home the bacon...

  3. just stunning, Diva Girl!! Oh, I love purple, I don't care if it sounds like most people don't, I adore it! K and Company has been on a roll lately and I'm loving what's in Michaels lately :) Hmmmm, a trip there today is on my to do list :) We have a day in lieu of a summer professional day attached to our long weekend so Moe is off for 4 days and the dh leaves for work out of town so I only have my stamps to keep me company...how dreadful!! Thanks for the beautiful inspiration today :)

  5. That DP is gorgeous - no surprise there are flowers on it and I love watercoloured images. So like that sentiment too and you have framed it wonderfully in that Nestie (one I have been trying to talk myself out of and you keep hitting me in the face with LOL!). Gorgeoues corners with the pearls and your bow is divine! Keep those trip to Mike's coming - the outcome is fabulous :) Have a great weekend, even if you do have to work....bacon is a good thing ;)

  8. You must hang out by the back door of Michael's, for when they get new shipments of K & Co (and Martha punches) stuff! I always learn about a new line from *you*! Love this purple card, and that bow is delicious. :)
