Verve's New Release Spotlights...You Quack Me Up

Yeah...the day's finally here when the Verve Divas get to introduce some darling new stamps from Verve! Julee has come up with some downright adorable stamps in celebration of a pending Spring (hopefully sooner rather than later) and Easter! The first sets that we are introducing today are a Plain Jane called Hope Perches and a sa-weet little set called Lucky Ducky.
Here's my earth-toned card for the Hope Perches stamp:

I used Charmaine's Viva La Verve Sketch for the second week of March as my template, however I mirrored her design:

Card Ingredients:
Stamps: Hope Perches Plain Jane (Verve Stamps)
Paper: Flora & Fauna Ledger dp (K & Co.), Early Espresso (Stampin' Up!)
Ink: Walnut Stain distressed Ink (Ranger)
Accessories: Infinity & String Lace border punch (Martha Stewart), Cream Picot trim ribbon (Offray), pearls (Prima), Rustic Jute button twine (Papertrey Ink), needle & thread
Size: 4 1/4" 5 1/2"

The next set we're highlighting is an adorable set called Lucky Ducky which, you guessed it, consists of the cutest little ducks! I decided to pair mine together like buddies which reminds me of my bestest buddy, Irene. We can really make each other laugh and I consider myself a Lucky Duck to be her friend!
Here's my chummy ducky card:

The ducks are colored with Copics (brushing up my skills) and I used a combination of different Stampin' Up! designer papers as well as some Martha accessories, namely seam binding and a String Lace border punch.

Card Ingredients:
Stamps: Lucky Ducky (Verve Stamps)
Paper: Sunny Garden, Tea Party dp (Stampin' Up!)
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black (Tsukineko)
Accessories: String Lace border punch, Apricot craft seam binding (Martha Stewart),  gems (K & Co.), button (CTMH), Blossom & Small Scalloped Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Copics, Word Window punch (Stampin' Up!), dimensionals, sewing machine, Rustic Jute button twine (Papertrey Ink)
Size: 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"
