Play Date Cafe {hearts} WPlus9

This week at the Play Date Cafe we received some fun stamps to play with so generously sent to us by WPlus9 stamp company. In fact, this is not the first card that I've made with these beauties, check out these cards here and here. Julie has come up with some irresistible color choices for us this week and I was particularly intrigued by the photo she used. I loved to play Monopoly as a kid and I would always pick the shoe. (I don't know why, either.) If you think about it, the Monopoly board is a treasure trove of colors. Take a look at the colors we are using this week:

To me, another set of powerful colors. The gray is perfect as it sets the background for the hints of color that I added to my card. Here it is using WPlus9 Mehndi Medallions stamp set:

I used a silver doily as my backdrop and to that I added a gray Lacy Nestability die cut, then layered a Sahara Sand circle onto that and lastly the sentiment adorned with a border of Silver Pearl Liquid Pearls.

1. The PDCC name and/or photo is used
2. OUR colors are the focus of the card.
