Play Date Cafe...One Word

...Unbelievable! The photos that Ruby chooses as her inspiration color stories for the Play Date Cafe are out of this world! Such gorgeous, vibrant hues and awe inspiring detail! Take a look at this photo:


And here's my card with a few close ups following:












Another $1 bin find at Michael's. This was a flower that could have been a clip or a brooch, but I pulled the backing off and one layer of flower, because even on a 7" card it proved to be too big. I layered it onto a strip of turquoise paper I adorned with some pretty lace that I purchased from Jo-Ann's a while ago. I stamped the sentiment in black and spruced it up with some lime green gems.



This week we have a special guest joining us, Maria Gurnsey. Maria has graciously sponsored  prizes in the form of two Ippity stamp sets for one lucky participant!

  14. Gorgeous Andrea!!! You never cease to amaze me with the beautiful creations you come up with, love it, especially the little accents of green! I always try and make all of my colours the main ones, but they work so well as accents, must try that next time I get 'stuck'!
