And here's the sketch I used:
I cut a piece of dp and spritzed it with stamp cleaner. I folded and wrinkled it up a bit and then sprayed it with Elmer's Craft Bond glue. I sprinkled some Course Crystal glitter on it and let it dry. I then tied some hemp around it and attached my tag, button and star for a cool effect.
