As soon as I saw this card, I knew that I wanted to CASE the fabulous design. In addition, I admired the background dp, the gorgeous ribbon and that fabulous flower. Here's my take on Barbara's creation:
I purchased a card kit by My Mind's Eye and have been enjoying cutting it up for my own maniacal purposes. Well, maybe not maniacal, but for fun! I was trying to find a red flower for my focal piece and just threw this yellow one on for kicks and it worked so it stayed! Love when kicks work out!

ReplyDeleteSuper fab, super clean & simple, and yet full of bbody and movement! I adore that yellow flower, imho it sets the whole design! What a great way to showcase this beautiful DP too, I wouldn't want to cover it either :) You're a genius, Andrea! xxx

ReplyDeleteIt is hard coming up with something different to say on ALL of these wonderful cards. You have been on a roll! Love the border! Very pretty as usual!
ReplyDeleteI am so behind on commenting on your blog, that I thought this must be an 'older' entry, and that there'd be no way for me to get a card into this challenge on time. Turns out, it was just issued today! Hurray, I can try!
ReplyDeleteYour CASE is spot-on, and has a warm, homespun feel to it.
Andrea, this is just beautiful! I agree, it has such a warm feel--gorgeous DP and that flower element is perfect!
