So Sweet

I feel like lately that I've been racking my brain to come up with new ideas for card designs. Yeah, so you say, isn't that what you enjoy doing? Yes and maybe; ideas sometimes can be as scarce as my motivation to regrout my shower. So to compensate, I like to challenge myself to CASE other artist's designs. One of my favorite artists is Amy Sheffer. I CASED this card here. I absolutely love her color combinations and layouts. Some day I aspire to create the wonderful cards she makes. Anyway, I used some older papers I had from K & Co. and added some black, white and Sage Shadow. All of the shapes are cut out using Nestabilities dies. Simple, yet very elegant layout.
Hopefully in a short period of time, my brain cells will formulate some fabulosity. In the meantime I'm going to regrout the shower. Have a great day...

  1. I was just looking at this K&Co DP in ACMoore today and nearly bought it - now I wished I had! Your card is just beautiful, in fact I just discovered your blog and all your cards are fantastic! I also follow Amy Sheffers blog every day but I think your cards are every bit as good as hers! I've added you to my daily reading list, so keep up the great work!
