I purchased this new Martha Stewart border punch from Michael's on Sunday. It's great because you can "turn the corner" with it and have all of the edges decorated. This card looks involved but was really easy. I punched a 5" square with the border punch, matted it on the black paper. I then added a scalloped Nestabilities mat and a Labels One on top of that. I double stamped the flourish (stamped once on scrap then without reinking stamped on the paper) and added the sentiment. Some small flowers at the ends of the stems, some pearls and it's complete! Easy peasy!
Thanks for looking...
